AmeriCorps at MACOG launched in fall 2022. Our first cohort serves in the areas of environmental sustainability and economic resilience to implement key strategies identified by local governments, non-profits, and other stakeholders in northern Indiana. Members may serve on a variety of impactful projects such as expanding broadband access, providing high quality childcare, achieving local tree canopy goals, and implementing Climate Action Plans and other sustainability initiatives.
