Quarterly Tracking Quarterly Project Tracking will occur at every fourth MACOG Transportation Technical Advisory Committee (TTAC) meeting. Tracking is a way to make sure the LPAs, their consultants, and INDOT are all on the same page. Quarterly Tracking Forms are due to each quarter (October, January, April, & July). Each LPA should send their Quarterly Tracking Forms (QTFs) to MACOG via e-mail (at macogdir@macog.com ), two weeks before the Quarterly Tracking Meeting. All TTAC meetings are at 9:00 a.m. and located in the County-City Building in South Bend, IN. More specific instructions will be e-mailed to LPAs & consultants before each meeting. QTFs are due to MACOG by September 22, 2008 and the next Quarterly Tracking Review meeting will be held October 1, 2008 during the August TTAC Meeting. The QTFs are due to INDOT by October 21st, 2008, however, MACOG will submit your forms to their respective district before this date.
